Somatic Therapist, Embodied Processing Practitioner, Group Play Therapy Facilitator, Massage Therapist, and Artist.
With a background in Sociology and Anthropology, I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the human experience. This curiosity led to many years of work as an informal educator for children, where I discovered the transformative power of play. This experience naturally evolved to incorporate play into adult facilitation, helping people shift from analytical thinking to states where spontaneous catharsis and healing can occur.
Recognizing the profound impact of play on healing, I embarked on a personal journey into trauma-informed therapy and somatic healing practices. This exploration has shaped my unique approach, which blends various modalities to use the body and creative expression as a gateway to unlocking the subconscious mind. Through this work, I supports people to access their core wounds, beliefs, and shadows, fostering psycho-somatic sovereignty.
My approach incorporates play, movement, sound, breath and art—somatic experiences that allow individuals to move beyond hyper-vigilant cognition and tap into the wisdom of the body. From this grounded space, people can explore themselves with compassionate curiosity, uncovering hidden or abandoned parts that can be acknowledged, expressed, and transformed. This process empowers individuals to speak their truth, make conscious choices, and expand their capacity for presence and inner peace.
