Primal Play
A Somatic Play Therapy Group Process
Engaging in play allows us to access our unconscious truths, using interactions with others as mirrors of our internal worlds and ultimately guiding us to expand our capacity to navigate this internal world with our external world—all while enjoying the process.
Available as a 2 hour Workshop, Full-Day Immersion or an Intensive 3-Day Retreat.
-
Womb Bussiness
Many of us have reclaimed our power from disempowering legacies of disembodied womanhood. As we learn to harness our innate creative rhythms and sensitivities and learn to establish healthy boundaries, let's unite to share wisdom, release what no longer serves us, and co-create new paths of wombhood for our highest good and for future generations of women.
Available as a 2 hour workshop, Full-Day Immersion or an Intensive 3-Day Retreat.

What We Do in the Shadows
This workshop explores how our true essence is to fully experience being human, but ego and conditioning often cause us to suppress parts of ourselves. By identifying and embracing these "shadow" aspects, participants can transform them into sources of strength through self-awareness, group support, and embodiment exercises.
Available as a 2 hour Workshop, or incorporated into a Day or Retreat.

Psycho-Drama Ritual
Liberating Our Wounded Child
In this session, participants map their family relationships to understand how they shaped their childhood beliefs. Through psycho-drama exercises, they will revisit and heal formative experiences, shifting from a victim mindset to one of self-agency.
Available as a 2 hour Workshop, or expanded and incorporated into a Full-Day Immersion or Retreat.

Tribe Therapy
A Tailored Group Process
Through consultation, we can design a Workshop, a Day Immersion or a Retreat that meets your group's unique needs, incorporating somatic practices, play therapy, creative expression, and rituals to cultivate a thriving and collaborative community. By embracing vulnerability and creative empowerment, this experience will enrich relationships and foster both collective and personal growth.
